Terms
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Deskbell is provided by [to be completed]. These terms apply to whoever creates a page (the "business", which includes creators) and to whoever requests a booking or collaboration (the "customer").
1. What Deskbell does
It gives you a page with links, an AI chat that answers from your information, booking requests and deposit payments, and makes it reachable from ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants. Deskbell isn't a party to bookings: the agreement is between the business and its customer.
2. For businesses
- You're responsible for keeping your page accurate: prices, policies, availability and photos. You confirm you may use the photos and texts you upload.
- The chat and quote drafts are written by AI from your information. Check every quote before you send it: what you send is your offer.
- You may not use Deskbell for unlawful or misleading services, or for minors where the law forbids it.
- Free plan: 200 AI answers a month and a 2.5% fee on each deposit. Pro plan: €12 a month or €120 a year (plus VAT), 2,000 AI answers a month and a 1% fee. You can cancel Pro at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Deposits are taken with Stripe on your own account: you're the seller, you pay Stripe's card fees, and you handle refunds, disputes and taxes. If you refund a deposit, Deskbell refunds its fee in the same proportion.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend a page that breaks these terms, with notice first except in urgent cases.
3. Data processing (GDPR art. 28)
For your customers' data (requests, chats, contact details), you're the controller and Deskbell is the processor. Deskbell:
- processes that data only to provide the service and on your instructions;
- binds everyone who handles it to confidentiality and applies appropriate security;
- uses these sub-processors: Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, Expo, Meta; we'll tell you before adding others and you may object;
- helps you answer your customers' rights requests and tells you without undue delay about any security breach;
- deletes the data when the service ends, unless the law requires keeping it, and gives you the information needed to show compliance.
4. For customers
- A request isn't a booking: the business accepts it by sending a quote. The booking is made when you pay the deposit.
- You see the business's deposit policy before paying. Cancellations and refunds follow that policy; the business decides and Deskbell processes them to your card.
- From your booking link you can ask to cancel. The service contract is with the business, which is responsible for it.
- Chat answers are written by AI from the business's information; the business always confirms the final quote.
5. Liability
We do our best to keep Deskbell running without interruption but can't guarantee it. We aren't responsible for businesses' services or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
6. Changes and governing law
If we change these terms, we'll give 30 days' notice. Spanish law applies; consumers may use the courts where they live. Contact: hola@deskbell.si.
